Welcome to the agency of Joyce Falcone The Italian Concierge . The Italian Concierge is a tour operator who specializes in providing luxury market travel exclusively in Italy . We service primarily the US and Canadian markets designing custom itineraries for families, couples and groups. We pride ourselves on crafting experiential itineraries which bring out the best each region has to offer.

Since 1996 Falcone has been trail blazing Italy as a hiker, tour guide, adventurer and specialist to explore and to share with her clients the uniqueness and gems that Italy has to offer. Be it traversing the peaks in the Dolomites nel Brenta, Cime di Laverado, near Cortina d’Ampezzo, to southern Italy to explore the hidden grottos in Val d’ Noto Sicilia; by cycling in the Greek site of Seliunite, or from exploring the ghost town of Cracco and the 8th C. La Cripta del Peccato Originale frescos ( Cript of Original Sin) in Basilicata, to hiking across the Island of Elba, from Emilia Romagna’s Castelli of Fontanelatto and Cannosa to visiting the mountain cheesemakers of Parmigiano Reggiano high above the Enzo river, Falcone has sought out extraordinary authentic Italian experiences. She blends luxury accommodations with tastings of artisanal delicacies, and using her vetted team from her resource book adds tried and true professional drivers and licensed tour guides, to make your travel plans effortless.
