Our 5th floor, low density (only 48 units) condo sits directly on the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. New air conditioner, smart tvs plus dish network, updated bathrooms and kitchen. It sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a pull out sofa in the living room. The large 20x8 ft balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with doors that open outward from the primary bedroom and living room. This is a wonderful family friendly condo. The exterior of the complex has just undergone renovation and looks new! The condo complex has 2 gulf front heated pools and 2 small kiddie pools. Only 15 steps from the pool to the beach! The pool/beach area has bathrooms, vending machines, bicycle rack, free air for inflatables, grills, & a place to store your beach chairs/ inflatables. Our condo is located near restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in the heart of Gulf Shores, only 1 mile off of Hwy 29 (The Hangout).
