Backcountry .com appears to be bullying small businesses with frivolous lawsuits targeting companies that use the word “backcountry” in their name. If it seems ridiculous... that’s because it is. It strikes close to home as they are suing a small ski company out of Marquette, Marquette Backcountry for more than the profit they have made since starting. Sooo if you want to do something productive, share the hell out of this and help them and the other small businesses being targeted by their corporate thuggery to send a message that money spent with them is supporting this type of asinine action. Thank you
