DAY 1 of ADVENTure calendar is Egypt!

I decided to do my ADVENTure calendar differently this year, and it's going to be my top 24 destinations I've sold this year!!

So first up is Egypt! TBh when I went, I was really only interested in the pyramids because they're a wonder, but like literally everyday the sites got cooler!

My main downside to Egypt when I went was the heat ( I had to go during summer because I was teaching) and I didn't care so much for the vendors being aggressive. But other than that... great!

I actually also had a lot of people asking to take a pic with me because I have greenish eyes and had RED hair at the time lol.

Did you know you only need 8 people to get a private group?

These two families wanted a tour, but couldn't because they had some kids under the age range. So since it was two families of 4, they were able to get a private departure and now the kiddos can go!

Another couple just took advantage of 30% off to Galapagosssssss!!

They'll be enjoying the islands aboard a small boat. An amazing way to see the islands because you can see more! Plus with a smaller group you have access to more private places!

Would you go on a trip without knowing where you're going?

Well my super fun and brave friend asked me to plan a trip for her for her birthday.

She heads out tomorrow and she still has no idea where she's going!

She also has no ideas some of the surprises in store for her!

Contrary to popular belief, I don't just book Antarctica!

This couple just booked onto a beautiful Viking River Cruise down the Danube!

River cruises are a lovely way to see the countryside and relax along the way to a new spot to get out and explore!!

Saying goodbye to a subspecies, the very last male Northern White Rhino.

It survived 55 million years & saw ice ages, earthquakes, meteor strikes & was a testament to innumerable historical changes on the planet. It could not survive humans.

The great beast is now functionally extinct.

Last time I was on safari, a lot of the horns of the rhinos were cut off to prevent poachers for killing them to get the Ivory. They also told us to turn off location settings on pics so poachers couldn't find where we saw the animals.

It's awful. Just awful.

I'm taking a group of people to go back on Safari in May, and we'll treasure every Rhino we see

Another person booked onto the safari next May!

He loved his Amazon boat trip a few years ago, and has been wanting to do a safari for awhile, but no one would go with him! Small group tours are great for people like that, for when you're tired of waiting for others.... go with others who want to go to same places!!

Super excited for another couple going on safari! I first met her when she came on a hosted trip with me to Belize and Guatemala!

She's going on a super cool safari that goes along the lower coast of South Africa (which is stunning!) and even goes to a micronation of Eswatini!

Best part.. she got an extra discount for her AND her husband just for being a teacher!

So teachers, let me know if you're interested in a teacher discount too!

G Adventures pushed out a new travel style called solo-ish, and I really want to try it out! It's specially designed for just solos, but also solos who are used to being... Solo! So it has more "me time" built in, and also all female guides (trying to get more females in the travel industry and also a larger proportion of solo travelers are female, so making us comfy!

I've been to most of the places they currently have on offer, so I'm looking at these three.

Feel free to vote which one you think I should do and/or let me know if any of these could be a group trip!

Options!

1. Sailing Greek Islands from $2599. I've been to Greece, but not the Islands! A small boat experience is better than the mega ships because you don't have to wait! I've also been obsessed with Epic the Musical (Musical about the Odyssey) so thought this would be fun!

2. China from $2299. I've been to China, but only Beijing before leaving for the Transmongolian train trip. So not going to any other cities was real sad for me. Plus my visa is still good for another few years so might be better to go so I don't have to reapply or pay.

3. Vietnam from $1499. I haven't been to Vietnam, so this has a lot of appeal because it would be a new country! I also have had some clients go there before and it looks amazing.
