Services and Pricing:
Residential:
Organize, Clean, Design Co. LLC does:
• Visits are between two and five hours long, depending on the needs of your home.
• OCD will supply a start time for all cleaning services
• OCD is available as few as once a month up to 3 times a week.
• OCD and the client will agree on all services before 1st session and will provide a completed plan after every visit. Laundry and deep carpet cleaning will be an additional charge.
• OCD provides all their own cleaning products and tools unless specified by the client. Organize, Clean, Design Co. LLC does not:
• OCD will not service a home that has unsupervised pets, children or teenagers.
• OCD will not let in other service people unless agreed upon in contract.
• OCD will not exchange keys with anyone other than the contracted client.
• OCD will not share or sell any client personal information. RATES:
All initial consultations and quotes are free of charge
• Each two hour weekday visit is $60
• Each 5 hour weekday visit is $150.
• Each additional hour beyond 5 is an extra $35.
• Weekend visits are billed at the rate of $70 per two hour visit.
• Initial quotes may include additional charges based off services required that is why we ask all clients receive an at home visit prior to your first session. Commercial
Based off the complexity and vast differences between commercial spaces, OCD requires a full walk through, specification on all services desired along with the desired number of visits per week to issue a full quote and contract.
