Totem Vacation Park In 1972 Phil Landry and Bob Simpson bought the campground on the Bellisle Bay and renamed it Totem Vacation park. It had been damaged in the groundhog gale.

A year later Bob sold his share to James Landry (Phil's brother) and Charles Duncan. Over the next several years the camp expanded by 4 rows of trailers sites and recieved sewerage, electrical and water upgrades. The little canteen was replaced with a canteen/takeout made from Phil's old moblie home. Another row of trailers were added. Eventually new washrooms and new canteen/takeout was built. Ph

il and Charles sold thier shares to James Landry. The last summer the park ran under the name, Totem Vacation Park was 1988. In early 1989 the campground was sold to a new owner who renamed it.
