When we moved here, the dining area was dark Green - too dark- so I chose a really bright yellow shade. Now we are in the process of painting it buttermilk, a bright but calm shade.

I admire Pupster for her unbridled optimism.
I asked her as a pup to sit on the mat whilst I was cooking so she didn’t get under my feet. It was skill She easily learned.
Every time I go to the counter and begin to make anything, she stops what she is doing and sits there waiting, ever hopeful, for a scrap or a morsel.
Whatever the outcome, she trots to her spot with expectation, but with no guarantee of success.
