Speaking at the , Dr. Rizwan Naseer, Director General, Punjab Emergency Services Department Rescue-1122, Pakistan said:

"When we embarked on this mission in 1991, the odds were against us—95% of the time, there was no ambulance to help in an emergency. If someone passed away, an NGO might transport the body, but no one was there to take the living to a hospital. People said it couldn’t be done in Pakistan. Today, has transformed emergency care, rescuing over 15.9 million victims within a 7–8 minute response time in cities. Our motorbike rescue service alone has responded to 2.6 million emergencies. But perhaps the biggest game changer is the Pakistan Life Savers Programme, which has empowered over 350,000 citizens in Punjab with life-saving skills, creating a culture of preparedness across schools and colleges."

We’re especially grateful for Rescue 1122’s remarkable efforts on World Restart a Heart Day, training over 4,000 participants on October 16, 2024, at more than 100 venues across .

ریسکیو1122 کمانڈ اینڈ کنٹرول روم بہاولنگر میں کال موصول ہوئی کہ ایک بس جو کہ بہاولنگر سے لاہور جا رہی تھی تیز رفتاری کی وجہ سے turnover ہو کر گہری کھائی میں گر گئی جس میں 2 لوگ جو چھت پر بیٹھے ہوئے تھے بس کے نیچے آگئے ریسکیو ٹیم نے maximum resources کے ساتھ بروقت ریسپوںس کیا اور Rescue tools کو use کرتے ہوئے دونوں افراد کو بس کے نیچے سے باحفاظت زندہ نکال لیا اور فرسٹ ایڈ دینے کے بعد DHQ شفٹ کر دیا اس کے علاوہ اس حادثہ میں زخمی ہونے والے مزید 6 افراد کو first aid دی گئی #RTA #RTC #SafetyFirst #firstaid #rescue1122bahawalnagar #Rescue1122
