If you have not experienced the new protocol for entry to Disney Springs, AdventHealth associates make it easy and low stress! Walk up with your mask covering your mouth and nose, and they take your temperature (contactless) from your forehead. As you pass through, you’ll see the notices providing guidelines to respect while enjoying the attractions, shopping & restaurants. This location is at the entrance located by foot of the pedestrian bridge near Hotel Plaza Blvd. Follow the same process for the garages, that open at 9AM.

Did you know for a one-time fee you can purchase a Fuel Rod portable charger and get free charges at all the parks and Disney Springs? You buy your first one, then you simply swap them out at kiosks throughout the parks and resorts. You’ll never miss another photo opportunity again, your phone will always have a charge! You will even find Fuel Rods in some airports.

Another tip I’d like to share with for your next trip around the world is to make a pit stop at The Epcot Experience mid-day for an air-conditioned break and a sneak peak at the future attractions coming to Epcot. Take a snack break at a socially distanced table, use the restrooms and experience a 360 degree movie showcasing all the new fun & exciting things coming to Epcot with a 3D model in the center of the room!

A final lap around the World Showcase brought me to Italy. I sampled the Margarita Pizza and sipped on a cold Pinot Grigio to wrap up my day at the festival. It was a fabulous afternoon, but there is so much more to see on my next trip like Germany, Japan & the great USA! For $7.99 you can purchase the map below at any of the Festival Merchandise kiosks and take your mini me on an adventure to find Spike pollenating the gardens throughout the World Showcase. Each time you find Spike you place a sticker on the map where you found him. The Festival runs though July 5th, contact me for more information to book your trip around the World.

Grab a sombrero and join me and everyone’s favorite ducks, The Three Caballeros in Mexico! From topiaries and gardens to outdoor kitchens there is something for everyone! Today I sampled the Taco Vampira. A thin, hand-made corn tortilla that is baked with crispy Monterey Jack cheese, braised beef and salsa ranchero with a side of street corn. A few steps away in the American Pavillion you can listen to the Mariachi Cobre while sipping on on an ice cold margarita!

Our first stop is the World Showplace to pick up our passport. Here you can sample some of the Festival Favorites and listen to live music on the piano featuring Carol from The Rose & Crown Pub. It’s also a great spot mid-day to sit down in the air-conditioning and cool off with a cold beverage.
