Balanced Body Wellness is a passion project of Angela Keyser; a mom, military spouse, marketing consultant and fitness professional. An avid runner since the age of 10, Angela has completed numerous marathons, triathlons and a few half ironmans. Someone in yoga class asked today why we roll onto our right side vs. our left after coming out of savasana (final relaxation). I thought this article did a beautiful job of explaining why.
