You are welcome to join this group IF you are familiar with any one of the below statements.....

1. You talk HRMS, walk HRMS, eat HRMS, Sleep HRMS.....you breath these 4 letter day in and day out.

2. Even your family members know all the countries that are LIVE today and all the countries which will soon GO-LIVE !

3. You can tell the time now in USA, Europe, Middle East, India, China, Australia

and many more such countries without looking at any iPhone App.

4. You suddenly get to know that you must travel to Russia this weekend and your China trip is cancelled as of now due to changing "Business Priorities".

5. You worked here for 3 years and still you don't know someone very important working in HRMS for last 12 months (There are already 350+ people working on this project and the team is growing every month).

6. You are used to working 48 hours without sleeping if there was a SEV 1 (specially if you are in LCM team)

7. You often get invited to a Group Chat and no one tells you "What is being Discussed". Last but not the least..........Sometimes you get to know that we went live almost a month after we went LIVE in some country !
