We draw on the interplay between research and practice, identify potentially useful input from across disciples and areas of practice, and make use of online tools and technology as befits the need. It is led by Dr Elizabeth Mc Donnell, a trained and experienced facilitator and

mediator with over 16 years experience in the field, and a qualified academic and tutor. Her first career was as a research scientist and she brings an extensive knowledge of scientific, environmental and developmental management subject areas. A specialist focus is that of enabling communities and groups to work constructively with conflict situations and in seeking to improve matters in a way that is life-enhancing for all concerned.
