Disney Cruises are some of the BEST places to let kids expand their palates. While there are always trusty faithful dishes like chicken tenders and pizza, Disney allows you to mix and match between menus.

Our time onboard has really cemented Riley’s love for eating salmon, steak, and she loves trying all the different pastas available. It’s a far cry from the years she only ate PB&J and “Normal” red sauce pasta. This kid wouldn’t even eat Mickey shaped noodles, but you’d never believe it now!

If you are a lover of Disney history, we need to chat about a trip to Disneyland Resort. You know Walt Disney World is home to me, but I have to tell you, I get the Disneyland love after our visit last year. It is such a change of pace, and offers so many familiar favorites, with a bit of a twist. 💜

We loved eating at Toadstool Cafe at Universal Hollywood this past summer. I had to laugh at myself for thinking, “Goodness, this restaurant has a ton of mushroom dishes.” Duh, Becca! It’s based on the Mushroom Kingdom! 😂

It’s hard to believe, but Epic Universe will be opening in May, complete with Super Nintendo World. We got a small preview into the potential last summer when we visited Universal Studios Hollywood, but the Orlando version is going to be INSANE! If you have a Nintendo fan in your life, we need to talk about a trip to Universal Orlando Resort!

Facebook Memories from our Southern Caribbean cruise on the Disney Wonder have been taunting me all week. Today’s memory was Barbados, and we had such a good time there! Out of all the cruises we’ve taken, the Southern Caribbean and the British Isles cruise were our top 2 favorites ever…we’re just not sure which one holds the top spot. 😂

We’re docked in Cozumel today next to the beautiful Disney Treasure. She is gleaming, and we’re prepping for a horn battle before we leave. 😊 Since we’ve been to Cozumel quite a bit, we decided to take today and make it a pool deck day. Port days are great for this, as many on the ship go off to adventures on land. Today is for storing up more sun rays and letting little sis swim a bit on the empty upper deck.

I love that Disney Cruises are so customizable to each family’s needs!

The power of the ocean never ceases to amaze me! Being near it is such a reset for my mind. It’s a dreary day in Galveston, but we beat the winter weather across the top of the state and are using today as a lazy day. Tomorrow will be rainy, but looks like the seas are forecast to calm down in afternoon, with weather improving as we pull away from port. Today, we visited a local bookstore and took a drive to get our bearings, and we might go see if we can watch Carnival Breeze leaving port on the Seawall later!

What a send off by the people of Portland/Weymouth! A local choir serenaded us just prior to departure, and we received a cannonball salute. Disney is so good at creating magical moments for us, but these folks took it upon themselves to do so, too. I’m not gonna lie. I cried. Multiple times. I love it when humans show us their great side!

While Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure swallows up crowds, the rest of the France Pavilion stays relatively quiet during the first hour of the day.

When you work with me, my goal is to make your vacation as stress-free as possible.

The process begins when you reach out to me for your free, no-obligation quote via the quote request form on my page or by emailing me for more information at [email protected]. From there, I may ask for more information about your family’s needs and culture before I present you with a quote for your Disney, Universal, or cruising vacation. I draw on my personal experience at these destinations and create vacation packages for your family with YOUR needs and wants in mind.

If you like what you see in your trip quote, you may place your deposit on your trip and the countdown to travel begins! If it’s not quite what you’re looking for, I offer two additional rounds of quotes for at no charge to you.

Once your deposit is placed, I work closely with you to take care of all the large and small tasks that can make vacation planning overwhelming. When speaking specifically of Disney World trips, this means I make Advanced Dining Requests, Fastpass reservations, create personalized itineraries, book your Magical Express service, and so much more. I am always just an email or phone call away and ready to support you.
