We had an amazing time at , but wow, are we completely wiped out! It’s been an incredible week, and we’re still catching up on all the photos we took.

In the meantime, here are a few shots from a quick detour to the iconic Hoover Dam—our first visit ever! This marvel of engineering did not disappoint, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Stay tuned for more updates once we’ve had a chance to recharge!

This year, we decided to drive to Las Vegas and couldn’t wait to try some local spots. Let me tell you, Those Guys Pies did NOT disappoint! I had the Works Cheesesteak (without mushrooms), and Daniel got the Chicken Finger Parm Sandwich. Both were absolutely amazing, and the portions were HUGE!

The food was so good that we’re already planning to go back to try their pizza. Almost everything is made fresh in-house, and their marinara sauce? Absolute 🔥🔥. No wonder this spot was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives!

If you’re in Vegas, you have to check this place out!

🚗🍴 On our way to CES, we made an overnight stop in Albuquerque, and wow, did we stumble upon a hidden gem! We had one of the best chicken sandwiches ever at a little spot called Stripes. 🍗

This drive-through-only joint serves up a world-famous Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich, and it absolutely lives up to the hype. Crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, but what really sets it apart is the green chili ranch sauce—spicy, creamy, and downright addictive! 🌶️

If you’re ever passing through Albuquerque, make it a point to swing by Stripes. It’s proof that some of the best food comes from the most unassuming spots! 🌟

Last night was an unforgettable experience at the Grand Ole Opry! 🎤✨ Not only did we get to enjoy incredible performances by Matthew West, Hillary Scott, and Scotty McCreery, but we also had the chance to take a backstage tour!

A special moment was seeing Hillary Scott perform a beautiful duet with her daughter—such a heartwarming memory to treasure! 💕 And the highlight of the night: meeting the legendary Larry Gatlin in person! 🤩

It’s my last day at @sandoscancun and a Coatie decided to visit my patio! I decided I was going to get a cute little video to share with my family back home and little. Did I know that this Coatie had different plans. this little guy was determined to get in my room. I had no idea he could actually open a door. This is why you never try to feed or pet wildlife. He obviously had been probably fed from the patio before and knew that there was food inside the room. on my visit this week I saw a lot of families trying to feed the animals or entice them to come up on their patio. This is a huge no-no and there are signs all around the property. I wanted to post this video just to show people that this is why they have signs. They are there for a reason . I have had an amazing trip and it’s only been a few short days. I am a huge animal and wildlife lover and this eco-friendly resort was right up my alley. I cannot wait to come back and bring my husband. I’ve been sending videos and photos to my family over the last two days of all the monkeys and everything we’ve seen. This property is so amazing. Hanging out at the pool at @sandoscancun and this baby monkey comes out of nowhere and surprises me with the hello! He was so playful and so freaking cute. This is just a friendly reminder that wild animals are wild and should not be fed people food, and should not be touched. So many people were trying to feed him and touch him. Not only is feeding them people food mess up their tummy but can cause other health issues, It can also cause them to rely on humans for food, instead of their natural instinct of foraging , it’s also dangerous if the mother monkey is hanging around!
