Join us as we celebrate in Concert at the Park through a special program titled “Kasarinlan: Tagumpay ng Lahing Pilipino”, this Sunday, 25 June 2023. The program starts at 6:00 p.m. in the Rizal Park Open Air Auditorium. Admission is free.

The concert brought by the Department of Tourism - Philippines and National Parks Development Committee, features the Simeona F. Chanyungco Lahing Kayumanggi Mananayaw ng Marikina - sfclkm Inc. The group, composed of young and professional individuals, has been formed and inspired by their mentor, the late Simeona F. Chanyungco who has been proclaimed with awards and recognition by the city of Marikina as one of its Local Artists, for her prowess and contribution to the art of Philippine Folk Dance.

This celebration of our rich and vibrant culture and history will honor our Independence as we appreciate and take pride to the legacy of our forebearers. The audience will be engaged in a uniquely Filipino music and dance experience.

Bring your whole family to witness this free concert. Don't miss Concert at the Park to be hosted by Ms. Pia Marie Paulican at the historic Rizal Park Luneta. Cap off your visit with the spectacular Musical Dancing Fountain. See you!
