Some Important Reminders to Our Guests Regarding Our Resorts and Policies:
1. Each resort has atleast two pools, one regular water, and one hotspring pool. Both of these pools are accessible to guests who book their slots.
2. We encourage guests to cook within our resorts, since the kitchen is also available for use. It is fully furnished and fully equipped to deal with your cooking needs. Kumpleto na po sa gamit para makapagluto.
3. We do not have a corkage fee for your food and drinks. Pwede po kayo magdala ng sarili nyong food at inumin.
4. We provide the following amenities for each resort:
-access to our regular swimming pool
-access to our hotspring pool
-access to our kitchen and all cooking facilities
-access to our dining areas around the resort
-access to our living room/sala areas
-access to our bedrooms for resting/sleeping guests
-access to our restrooms
-free wifi internet access
-billiards table, per request, no extra charge
-barbecue grill, per request, no extra charge
-extra chairs and tables, if needed, no extra charge
-videoke, per request, no extra charge
-extra bunk beds, matresses, per request, no extra charge
5. THIS ARE PRIVATE RESORT VILLAS. Meaning, exclusive use po sa mga guest and group nyo na magbobook sa napili nyong private resort.
6. Children below 2 years of age are not included in the headcount for as long as they dont exceed 5.
7. We do not currently have walk-in guests in our resorts. Ibig po sabihin, lahat ng gusto makkakuha ng slots and schedule, kailangan po dumaan sa reservation process namin. Hindi po kami nag aaccomodate ng guests na darating lang sa araw na gusto nila mag check in at dun pa lang magbabayad.
8. Ocular visits are scheduled in advance. Hindi po kami makakapag accommodate ng mga guests na bigla na lang darating para mag ocular, dahil walang mag aassist na staff po sa inyo. Kailangan na naka schedule ang ocular ng isang specific date na pinayagan ng resorts management.
9. Personal payments are made in our main office in Pagsanjan, Laguna. Hindi po nakakapag accept ng initial reservation payments ang staff namin sa Calamba. Kung nais po nyong mag payment ng personal, dito po sa office namin sa Pagsanjan ninyo sya babayaran po. (UPDATE: Our temporary office in San Juan, Batangas, is the place currently where we can accept personal payments.)
10. Our discounts and promos can only be availed if guests pays for it via our official payment channels. Hindi po kami mag aaccept ng payments for reservation na hindi dumaan sa mga payment channels namin. If gusto maiavail ang full discounted rate na 4k, payments must be made via Globe GCash.
