Spacious, neat and Cozy Private Room near Seashore, Daly City/South San Francisco. $1290/month

Great value. Walk from our yard to the ocean side cliff for amazing ocean and beach views ! Thornton State Beach is right next to my house. Astonishing panoramic vista that you will probably never forget once see. Watch seagulls, hawks and para-gliders flying by. With luck, you may be able to see sea lions, seals and other sea animals.

Private room with shared bath in a very quiet neighborhood south of San Francisco, 5 miles to Golden Gate Park. 10 minutes drive or by metro to downtown San Francisco. 2 miles to the BART station (12 minutes ride on BART train to downtown). Walking to ocean side parks, Chinese (e.g. 99 Ranch) and western grocery stores. Various restaurants nearby. Easy access to IT and Internet companies in and around San Francisco.

High speed Wi-Fi, free parking, dryer, full kitchen and dining area. Need minimal 30 day rent.

Driving Directions:

If you are from SFO airport, please find attached the taxi coupons in the photo gallery. These Yellow Cab coupons never expires. You need to call the driver after arriving. Yellow Cab drivers can't wait in line as other taxis. This coupon offers a $27 fare from SFO Airport while the usual fare is about $40.

If you prefer Uber, it usually costs you $22 from the airport to my place. Please be aware that there are no tips required for Uber.
