Tonight’s dinner was at Nina's Hot Dog shop. The Portuguese, who LOVE their hot dogs, call hers the Michelin star of hot dogs.

Nina is from the US and has been living in Portugal for many years. She is extremely kind, introduced me to many regular customers and made me a Michelin star dog.

If you are ever in Castelo Branco, look Nina up and have your own Michelin dog!

Thanks to all who have been following my journey here through my stories as I build a new life in Portugal. I've also been sharing my stories on Medium, and I'm proud to share that the editors chose this one to "boost" or distribute to a wider audience. Now, an editor here in Portugal is including all my stories in his publication and helping me become a better writer.
