Let’s try to stay away from American Airlines by any means necessary.

“If you’re flying American Airlines in the next days to months, PREPARE YOURSELF. Make sure you have a couple changes of clothes in your purse. My rolling carry-on was swiped and checked as I was walking on the plane today, connecting flight was cancelled and we’re rebooked on a *maybe it will, maybe it won’t fly 🤪* flight in TWO DAYS. So we’re stranded in Charlotte, North Carolina for the foreseeable future and I have none of my stuff. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Apparently this is happening ALL OVER American Airlines because they’re claiming they’re understaffed and they’ve booked flights that have no staff or pilots to fly them.

There were reports of AA canceling future flights, but be warned: they’re simply cancelling flights day-of now. The airport here is an absolute mess with stranded travelers. It’s a nightmare, no hotels and we even ran into unaccompanied minors being forced to sleep in the airport for days at a time with a daily $12 food stipend.”
