Hoi! Voor ons appartement op Wittenburg in het centrum van Amsterdam zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe werkende huisgenoot van 24+ jaar. De kamer die vrijkomt vanaf 1 juli 2024 is ongeveer 11 m2 groot (zie foto's). Het appartement heeft een grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte (27 m2) met een mooie open keuken, een balkon op het zuiden, een ruime badkamer met do**he en een berging beneden voor de fietsen. De prijs van de kamer is op dit moment €890 inclusief gas, water, elektriciteit, internet en de leaseprijs van de wasmachine, maar exclusief gemeentelijke belastingen. De borg is €700. Inschrijving is mogelijk. Ben jij of ken jij iemand die op zoek is naar een ruime kamer in hartje Amsterdam die per 1 juli in kan trekken, stuur dan een bericht met een korte introductie en wie weet nodigen we je op (zeer) korte termijn uit voor een kennismaking en bezichtiging.

Hi! For our apartment at Wittenburg in the center of Amsterdam, we are looking for a new housemate who is working and aged 24+. The room that will be available from July 1, 2024 is about 11 m2 in area (see photos). The apartment has a large common room (27 m2) with a beautiful open kitchen, a south-facing balcony, a spacious bathroom, and a storage room downstairs for the bicycles. The price of the room is currently €890 including gas, water, electricity, internet, and the lease price of the washing machine, but excluding municipal taxes. The deposit is €700. Registration is possible. Are you or do you know someone who is looking for a spacious room in the heart of Amsterdam who can move in as of July 1, please send a message with a short introduction and who knows, we may invite you in the (very) short term for a meeting and viewing.

Classy Room 17th Century Canal House

Private double room in a canal house dating from 1608 situated on Singel Canal in the oldest part of Amsterdam. Centrally located.
The space
This private room available for the exclusive use of Airbnb-guests is just like an apartment without a kitchen; the room is situated on the first floor at the front of the house. This Airbnb-space includes a large bedroom with exposed oak beams and an authentic brick wall.

Bathroom:
Adjacent to the bedroom is your private bathroom (with shower, sink, mirror and toilet) for Airbnb-guests only. Please note that there indeed is a shower in the bathroom, but no bath! In the room itself, there is a double bed consisting out of 2 latex mattresses each measuring 90 x 200 cm. Please note that the bed consists out of TWO single mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm and not out of one double mattress measuring 180 x 200 cm.

Heating in the room: There are two large radiators in the room located beneath all of the windows and one can adjust the temperature in the room by turning the temperature-knobs on these radiators.

It's minutes from central station and walking distance to all of city center. The decor is amazing. My only regret is not putting fresh flowers in the vase the day I got there!

Room of 6 m² in Amsterdam.

Nice fully furnished room with a lot of closet space. The house has 5 rooms (of which 1 is available) so you will be sharing with 4 others and the available room is 6 m2 for € 450,- including utilities and internet. Deposit is the same as one month of rent which you get back in full after leaving the place in a good and clean way. The common living room with open kitchen is furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen has: a dishwasher, oven, fridge, 5 burner gas hob and extractor. All pots, pans, plates, glasses, coffeemaker, kettle etc are there. A table with 4 chairs as well. A modern bathroom with sink, and a big bathtub. Location: Conveniently located next to public transport and shops in the West of Amsterdam. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood with mostly families. You can walk in 2 minutes to shops and you can bike in 3 minutes to Osdorpplein shopping centre with a big variety of shops such as Albert Heijn XL, Dirk van der Broek, Etos, TK Maxx etc.. The tram 17 and tram 1 are close by to reach the city center in about 20 mins! If you want to go by bike it is depending on where you need to be in the centre within 20 minutes to half an hour by bike.
