Last week we took a trip to Disney for a convention for Brian’s job. Instead of going to the parks for such a short visit, we opted for other activities. We enjoyed the scenic Coronado Springs Resort, strolled around Disney Springs, and indulged in delicious Mickey beignets at the Port Orleans-French Quarter resort. There’s always something to do on off days.
