Earlier this month, in partnership with Manatee County Natural Resources and Stocking Savvy - Environmental Consulting, we led a Ringling College biodiversity class on a venture through Robinson Preserve. Students learned about the species they saw and discovered more for themselves via cataloguing on iNaturalist. 🌿🐦 We saw juvenile osprey, painted bunting, fiddler crabs, and much more!

Note: We were given specific permission of which natural spaces we could enter and which spaces we could not enter. Students went off trail in the approved spaces to practice spotting and cataloguing species.

Our WonderWanderers hikes are designed for families with young children. Our naturalists will join you as your child explores Florida nature and learns about the flora and fauna surrounding them... and of course we will be sure to look for cool bugs. 🪲
