To all our Curious Guests

Over all the years we have been in this wonderful industry this latest global Covid-19 virus is like nothing else we have experienced.

Around our Group, the health and wellbeing of our guests and our team are our top priority. Each of our wonderful General Managers and their teams in each of our hotels have committed to uphold the local Government guidelines, strategy and initiatives related to them.

We are closely monitoring the daily changing Government guidelines both here and in Europe and following their instructions accordingly and whilst there are no reported cases of the virus amongst our guests or staff we are doing all we can to protect you and our team as much as possible.

If you are showing any signs of the virus we kindly ask you to postpone your stay with us and we will make this is as easy possible for you, allowing you to cancel free of charge up to midday the day before your arrival. Alternatively you can move your booking free of charge to another date on the day of arrival so that you can visit us when we you are feeling better and we can once again welcome you with open arms and a warm handshake.

While with us please ensure that you follow the guidelines set out by the Government.

We understand that this is not an easy time for any of us and it is changing daily, at the moment it is business as usual and we hope you will come and support our teams, or if in the UK come and stay at Cowley Manor and breath in the wonderful country air!
