Perfection classes with me (Melinda Hedgecorth), Welcome tapas, Specialized Tours, Olive Oil Tasting, Flameno performances in theatres, peñas and tablaos, Elegant goodbye dinner and the chance to test out your bulerias skills in a real juerga.
