Lots has happened in the past couple of years, many things have changed and babies were born (well, at least one - ours! 👼). It's now time to look at the future with new eyes and a positive approach!

Grandissimo, tutti in piedi ad applaudire! 👏

La nostra Comunità può dormire sonni tranquilli: fintanto che amministreremo, non ci saranno spazi per opere faraoniche che distruggono paesaggi e ambiente (cioè i nostri punti di forza).

Più che bucarle e imbrattarle con tunnel e viadotti (scene già viste negli anni ‘70 - pensate alla “Bretella” che ha sbranato le meravigliose colline marittime di Massarosa), le nostre Apuane chiedono cura attraverso la prevenzione del dissesto e la tutela dell’ecosistema.

Premesso (tecnicamente) che i soldi del Recovery non si possono usare per le strade e che le difficoltà tecniche sono molte anche per i sostenitori di questo incubo (per esempio: negli strumenti urbanistici di Camaiore ci sono strade bianche e nessun tunnel o viadotto), pensare di costruire reti viarie e gallerie nel cuore del Parco delle Apuane è - in giorni di esami - un errore blu, da bocciatura.
Le strade ci sono, piuttosto manteniamo quelle.

Fossi un amministratore regionale, prima di tutto, andrei a parlare coi territori: magari, ascoltando, scoprirei che le dinamiche di vita e sviluppo chiedono collegamenti strategici forti (la metro di superficie fra zona Apuana e costa della Versilia con i porti internazionali - Livorno e La Spezia - e gli aeroporti - Pisa e Firenze -; il tema delle infrastrutture tirreniche di connessione fra Genova e Roma), servizi da potenziare (trasporto pubblico di CTT è ridotto al minimo da un po’) e sicurezza da garantire (messa in sicurezza idraulica, lotta al dissesto idrogeologico, investimenti sul sistema di depurazione).

Un invito a chi ci rappresenta Regione: lasciamo perdere queste cantonate da faraoni, pensiamo alle cose serie che fanno la differenza per la qualità della vita di oggi e di domani.

Arroccato su un cucuzzolo delle prime colline camaioresi, sorge Monteggiori: uno dei borghi medievali più belli della zona. Poi, perfettamente immerso nell'atmosfera del paese, c'è B&B Dulcis in Borgo con la sua terrazza - vista tutto - dalla quale godere di un panorama incredibile.

Regalatevi una due giorni in questo posto se cercate un qualcosa di speciale! 😃

Ma se vi proponessero di risvegliarvi così dopo una notte d'amore, quanti di voi accetterebbero?

Immersi nel silenzio di un borgo medievale, con un'abbondante colazione artigianale ed il mondo ai propri piedi.

Sapete cosa c'è? Io ve lo propongo davvero!

Voi chiamate, e se ho una camera disponibile vi aspetto qui nel nostro B&B in Toscana sulla costa Versiliese a pochi KM dal mare di Viareggio e Forte dei Marmi.

E se qualcuno non si fosse ancora convinto posso aggiungere che troverete degustazioni di prodotti a KM0, un mare dove potersi abbronzare o fare un bel bagno e paradisi naturali nel parco delle Apuane.
