Our Story

The Red Door Lake House...A cozy, lakeside getaway nestled in the trees of the Hocking Hills. Offering a hot tub, screened-in porch and deck for sunning and star-gazing with tree-top views of the private lake, which available for fishing and swimming. The house has a spacious family room with hardwood floors and exposed cedar-beamed ceilings, a fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the lake and surrounding woods. Enjoy the cozy decor of the main-level living area, full bath, and well-equipped kitchen with island. The loft-style bedroom fills the entire upper floor of the house and is perfect for a family of four offering a queen size bed on one half and two single beds on the other. Bedding and towels are provided to make your stay comfortable.

The Lake House is just a short drive away from all that the Hocking Hills has to offer including Cedar Falls, Lake Logan, Old Man’s Cave, John Glenn Astronomy Park, and many shops and restaurants to name a few!
