Hello everyone! We have been enjoying a great winter, and will offer weekly spring stays, available, the end of March, April & May. Our Web site has been updated by Sean! Manchester has so much to offer, from street vendors to fine dining, indoor skating, to downhill & X country skiing. Our rec park offers a 1 mile walking path,a large skate park, a dog park, baseball fields, football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, and a outdoor track all for playing outdoors. Visit North Road farm, right around the corner, for fresh eggs, & bread or visit the animals. There is a rail trail for longer walks, with Nature all around. Visit ,Hildene the home of Robert Todd Lincoln, the Southern Vermont Art center, or Merck Forest and farm land.

The summer of 2023, is winding down, we will offer weekly rentals this Nov. and Dec of 2023. April and May, Spring of 2024 we offer discounted rates as well as weekly rentals. My family has been renting from Andy for 7 or 8 years now. We’ve stayed in both houses in Winter and Summer. Once we arrive it truly feels like a home. Both houses are very clean and kept current. It’s easy to see how much pride Andy takes to always ensure a comfortable stay. Andy lives close by. He’s available when needed especially during snow and ice remediation. What a wonderful, summer! Fall is on its way, and before you know it the snow will fly! Sanctuary our 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home is available for the winter season! Dec 24 to March 31, 2022. Our rates include, heat, electric, trash removal, firewood for the outdoor fireplace, plowing,sanding, outstanding views and privacy! Sledding out the back door! Bromley, Mtn. is a 12 min drive and Stratton mtn, 20 min. Located 2 miles from downtown Manchester, with all the fantastic dining & shopping, options!

Wow, this past winter was amazing! Spring is here, and waiting on warmer weather! We have availability with some Oct, dates, in one home, and Nov. in both homes ! Sanctuary our 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home is available for the 2021-2022 Winter Season! We added whole house generators to both homes, as well as Air Doctor air purifiers for added safety and protection.
