Each condo/townhome unit is 2br 2ba that can sleep 4-6 guests comfortably and includes a pullout queen sofa bed in the living room. For select dates we can rent multiple units in the same building to accommodate a larger group (i.e. 8, 10 or 12+ guests). We also have a limited supply of 3/4br units that can accommodate 8-9 guests as noted above. Rates will vary based on property location, size and dates.
These prices are ALL INCLUSIVE with NO added tax, fees or Security Deposits! Please don't delay - First Come First Serve! The most in demand dates and larger size (3br & 4br) units tend to rent first!
Each condo includes a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, bed linens and bath towels, washer/dryer in unit, indoor and/or outdoor pools, hot tubs and close proximity to the Ocean (less than 200 yard walk from all locations). There is NO additional fee for cleaning, linens, towels or paper products provided for guests during their stay!!
** PLEASE NOTE that while we have NO AGE REQUIREMENTS and NO SECURITY DEPOSITS for SENIOR WEEK guests we DO require a parent's signature and credit card info on the lease agreement returned to us along with down payment to lock in your reservation. **
