What an amazing guest house! This exceeded everything we were looking for on a stay. From the moment you pull into the driveway the 360 views are gorgeous. The property itself, the house, backyard, pool, hot tub, everything was beautiful. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at the house, Glen was super attentive and communicative. We also took the recommendations on the activity list! We did the road to river in Cottonwood and it was a day full of fun, ATV’s & Kayaking. Sedona and Jerome were such a close drive from the house. The location is fantastic. Old Cottonwood vibes were spectacular and the people are so welcoming. Thank you again for everything! This was by far the best vacation we have been on.

Everything was perfect at this guest house. The hosts have thought of every detail to make their guests comfortable. We loved the hot tub, the fire pit area and the peaceful quiet! The Cottonwood community and the surrounding area have great restaurants and shops, and this was the perfect location to return to after enjoying it all. We would definitely recommend and will return ourselves! The hosts on-site were available if needed, but the guest house is very private. We also loved visits from Tutu, their little pet pig! We couldn’t be happier with our vacation here!

"Amazing! That’s our word for this stay. The place itself is paradise. We used the hot tub, gas fire pit outside and just sat and enjoyed the stars. It’s so peaceful and amazing at this home. The bed was so comfy and the place is so nicely appointed. An adorable little pig greets you everyday. They have a suggestion sheet that truly made our trip amazing. Their restaurant and winery suggestions were spot on. We enjoyed the towns of Cottonwood and Jerome so much. We did just about everything they suggested and had some amazing meals. Cottonwood has some restaurants that can compete with the best. I had one of my best meals at a place called Merkin in Cottonwood and wonderful wine as well. Don’t hesitate to book this place. The place itself and location can’t be beat!"

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Casa Buena Vista for seven nights. The backyard is nothing short of an oasis and we enjoyed spending much of our time out there (especially with Tallulah, the little pig). The views are unbelievable, especially at sunset. The hot tub was a dream and stargazing at night was incredible. It was so quiet and peaceful, we could have sat outside for days on end. Additionally, the guest house is simply lovely and well equipped to fit the needs of two guests. Communication with the property owners was excellent from check in, to during the stay, to check out. Glen checked with us frequently to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and if we needed anything. Location is close to downtown Cottonwood and Sedona. Make sure to try out the dining recommendations in Cottonwood! Red Rooster Cafe was one of our favorites.

CLEAN, COMFY, QUIET, RELAXING!
If you’re looking for a place that’s close to everything but feels like it’s away from everything, this is the spot to be! What an oasis! My husband and I spent four days here and loved every minute. Glen was a great host and very responsive to every need or question we had. The unit itself was clean and pretty, with special little touches that made it feel like home. The little piggy, Tallulah, was an entertaining bonus. What I really loved about this place was you felt like you were in the country but you were actually close to so many great shops and restaurants and things to do, like hiking, sightseeing, etc. You’re also really close to Sedona if you want to take a drive in that direction. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation! We also found out that these owners have another property in this area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay there as well, considering the pristine condition of this property and the professionalism with which we were treated in booking this stay (March 2021).
