If you dont use a Travel Agent read this.....I have been on the phone since 6am (its now 2:30pm) because the airlines delayed/cancelled a flight which caused my clients to automatically get put on a flight that would be after their Cruise.
Cruiselines say buy our air and we guarantee you get to the ship.....not the case! You the client has to figure out how to get to the ship and hope the insurace will reimburse you.
After being on the phone all day, I finally got them on another flight that will hopefully get them to their Cruise on time.
How much did this cost the clients......$0 because you dont pay me for my services, then resorts, cruise ships, hotels, etc. pay me!
THATS WHY YOU USE A TRAVEL AGAIN who has your back and boy do I know some tricks!
