A perk of using a travel planner is……
When your 60 day out window comes around at 6am, we take care of booking your dining!
This morning we booked for a group of 14!
This requires planning, strategy and teamwork!
Together, my boss and I made a plan of attack, and thankfully it was executed just right!
Here’s what we do:
1. Decide how to breakdown the groups. In this case, sometimes we broke up the reservation into 7 and 7, if we knew it was a restaurant that could accommodate bigger groups. Otherwise we did 5, 5, and 4. We picked times that were as close together as possible. When our clients arrives at the restaurant they will request to be seated together!
2. We make sure multiple My Disney Experience accounts within the travel with party are setup with the resort reservation and a stored credit card. If you are missing any of this, you will have a problem!
3. Have backups ready! This morning we had one dining experience that we were able to attain, but not at the time the client was hoping for. We made a few alternative reservations at restaurants that offer a similar experience.

It can be experienced through standby or a Lightning Lane Single Pass experience. Virtual queues will continue to be offered at Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.

As a travel planner, one of my biggest goals is to personalize each Disney adventure to the client.
In this case, a value resort made the most sense! Do not underestimate the value of the value resorts! The oversized and colorful theming can absolutely mesmerize children!

Raising Disney Kids
Part 2
Parker is the youngest, and only girl of 4 kiddos!
She is 💖 and 🌶️! She knows more about Disney, Disney locations, and Disney Characters than most of us do!
-Her fav characters are Stitch, Thumper, Dug and Bing B**g because they are “so funny” and “‘make her happy”
-She would live in her Disney pajama collection if allowed
-Does not enjoy a bad guy whatsoever
-Favorite princesses are Rapunzel and Ariel
-Top priority at the parks is characters, character dining, characters, parades, characters, shopping for characters in plush form, and characters!

Let’s talk princesses 👸
I have the CUTEST little 5 year old client on a 2 night / 1 park day trip as we speak, and she wants all the princesses!
The plan does not include Magic Kingdom…. I think it’s assumed this is the best place to meet princesses! Not wrong, but not the only option!
We made the ⬆️ plan
Dinner at newly reopened 1900 Park Fare - Located in the stunning Grand Floridian with larger than life whimsical portraits of Disney royalty. Personal interactions with Cinderella, Tiana, Mirabel and Aladdin. Don’t forget to come with a wish prepared, as there will be a wish ceremony!
Epcot park day-
I don’t think people realize just how many princesses you can meet at Epcot! Around the park, specifically throughout World Showcase! You can check the My Disney Experience App for locations and times!
Between character dining and Epcot, I am confident this little one will have all her princess dreams come true 💖

Disney After Hours Dates For 2025!!!!
This is my favorite way to enjoy the parks! No blazing sun, upbeat tunes playing throughout the park, ticket includes beverages and snacks, and for the most part you walk on the rides!
Some of my favorite family memories are from these events!
We went with friends last winter, and at the end of the night they stated “This is the only way to do Disney”
Enjoy your resort during the day, and party when the sun goes down!
If we plan it right, you can hit multiple after hours events in one trip!
Please note this is a ticketed event! However, it certainly can replace the need for as many park days!
Let’s figure out your winter/after hours trip today!

🔔 🚨 Booking opens for 2025 Disneyland Vacation Packages starting tomorrow, August 31st!
East coasters tend to head to Walt Disney World! It’s a great choice, but don’t miss out on an equally amazing adventure!
Truth be told, when asked our favorite park of all, our entire family is of six would say California Adventure! We made so many special memories there!

The number one question I see asked about the Halloween party is regarding these 7 guys ….
In 2023 they were at the Halloween AND Christmas Party!
In 2024 they are NOT at the Halloween party and have been replaced with a meet and greet that includes Minnie, Donald, Daisy and Goofy in their Halloween best!
Let’s hope for a Christmas comeback!

A February Vacation Land & Sea Adventure for the “A” Family!
3 nights on the Disney Wish
4 nights at the brand new Island Tower at the Polynesian Village Resort with lots of park and relaxation time!
Not sure I can think of a better way to spend vacation week!
School is about to go back, so I guess it’s time to start thinking about those vacation weeks!

My favorite and go to moderate resort….
Port Orleans - French Quarter!!!
When a client wants to stay moderate this is always my first recommendation. I stayed here for an almost 2 week vacation, so I consider myself somewhat of an expert, so why do I love it so much?
Pros:
Smallest resort on property
Only one bus stop
The best beignets
The quick service is pretty darn delicious
New Orleans theming is top notch
Unlimited supply of Mardi Gras beads
Unique and beautiful architecture
Tranquil atmosphere
Horse drawn carriage rides
Pool with water slide and oversized splash pad
Endless activities for the family, day and night
Boat to Disney Springs
Cons:
Bus transportation only for parks
No table service dining on site
As you can clearly see the pros outweighed the cons!
I would be happy to help you book your stay at French Quarter….even if it’s less than 2 weeks 😉

What sets me apart from other planners?
There are so many amazing planners out there, so I think it’s important to highlight what makes you unique…..
So what makes me unique?
I have 4 children who range in age from 4-10. 3 boys, 1 girl. As you can imagine they have a variety of interests when it comes to Disney! Star Wars, princesses, meeting characters, fast rides, slow rides, pools with big slides, pools with the best splash pads ….. I mean they basically cover it all, but that helps me LEARN it all!
I know there has been some controversy with the character meet and greets being taken out of the new Lightning Lane system. Well, because my kiddos collectively love all the characters, we have pretty much done all the character dining at Disney World and Disneyland! Character dining is a great way to meet characters without a long wait. There is character dining within the parks, and at the resorts! You’ll stay fed and cool… a win-win!
So, that’s a little bit about me, and what makes me unique in the travel planning business!
