The apartment has AC/heating inside, large windows which let in great light and large curtains if you want to sleep in. It's also on the first floor which makes coming and going easy for everyone. Hoboken is an amazing little city ten minutes by car, path or ferry to manhattan. What most people don't know it's basically easier to get anywhere in the city from Hoboken then Queens or Brooklyn. This neighborhood is extremelly clean, the best view of manhattan and some of the best shopping/nightlife/food and bars around. The cake boss is one block away which is really cool to see on the weekdays because theres no line. Path train to the city, uber, taxi's and the ferry is the best way to get across. The apartment has a little wear and tear on it but that because it's a home. We provide starter kit: 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, soap - after that they are responsible for replenishing. Please note city tax (14.50 % of rental amount) and tourist tax (US$3.50 per night) are also charge and are not included in the nightly price.
