We will be posting ideas on health, exercise and tips on goal setting. Wishes, Walks, Wellbeing and Katie Perry have created exclusive tailored workshops for small groups of women. “TO FIND THE CALM IN THE CHAOS”. These one day retreats will inspire you to be your best.
