Happy National PIE DAY!

Did you know you can actually enjoy pie all over both US Disney Parks? Which would you pick out of these choices?

Walt Disney World:
Key Lime Pie: A tangy treat at Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs or The Boathouse restaurant.
Peanut Butter Pie: Rich and creamy, available at Contempo Café in Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
Shepherd’s Pie: For a savory option, visit Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant in Disney Springs.

Disneyland Resort:
Hand Pies: Enjoy various flavors like lemon and strawberry at Pooh Corner in Disneyland Park.
Banoffee Pie: A combination of banana and toffee found at select carts near Cars Land entrance and near the Little Mermaid ride.

This last week was a DOOZY!
Coming back from race weekend at Disney sick and with a full list of quotes to send was not on my 2025 bingo card…
BUT I’ve loved every minute of quoting Walt Disney World (for families, girls trips, and military), Aulani: A Disney Resort and Spa for a beautiful Anniversary celebration, Disney Cruise Line for multi-generational fun and a Christmas cruise, Universal Studios (yay EPIC Universe), LOTS of hotels and flights.

All-Star Music for an amazing family I met at Disney to celebrate a birthday!!

All-Star Movies for a fun girls trip!

Loews Royal Pacific for a birthday celebration that includes Unlimited Express Passes AND a day at Universal’s EPIC Universe!

And wrapped it up with flights to both Brazil and Japan!

Now’s the time to book 2025 travel…

Space Mountain has been pulling screams and popping backs for 50 YEARS today! I’m celebrating by sharing some of my favorite ride pics. Do I know where the ride camera is for this? Generally, yes. Specifically…. Absolutely not 😂

Goodbyes were said today at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Today was the last day for some of the attractions at DinoLand USA 😢 🦖 🦕 Triceratops Spin and the DinoRama Games will officially be closed tomorrow to make space for an Encanto ride coming to this spot in 2027! Disney has lots of exciting upgrades planned for the future!

How are you feeling about the extinction of DinoLand?

My races are done and I am HOME!
My gift card drawing was supposed to be today - I haven’t forgotten! But I need a rain check…
My oldest kiddo got sick and we decided to check out a day early and just come straight home.
A 2am wake up time plus the 10k combo wasn’t kind to me on this impromptu travel day so the drawing will be tomorrow!

It’s time for Walt Disney World Marathon weekend!!!
Today I drove down from Georgia and headed straight for the Run Disney expo at ESPN Wide World of Sports to pick up bibs, shirts, and all the Run Disney merch. The lines were long but if THE MOST efficient. The best part? Finding some my Wondermakers Travel running friends! Now my clothes are laid out and my alarms are set for 2am 😳
