New item at the market this Saturday: Moroccan Harira Soup. Rich in many phytonutrients, this plant based soup contains lentils, chickpeas, carrots, tomatoes, rice, with lemon, onion, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, coriander, smoked paprika and black pepper. A powerhouse of tasty nutrition. Yum! 😋

A new batch of Cayenne pepper & St. John's Wort oil just labelled and ready for market! The wonders of St. John's Wort are legendary and the oil is no different with its wonderful anti-inflammatory properties along with Cayenne pepper and a couple of carefully selected essential oils to enhance its effects.
A little goes a long way and massaging into sore muscles and joints can provide relief along with suitable exercises and massage.

Our lovely Sheila retired from the market last Saturday, after 21 years of chopping, blending, mixing, and baking. We wish her the best of luck in her well deserved retirement and certainly hope to see her again, as a customer. A delicious retirement cake, courtesy of our talented Sylwia.
