It's 2am. The fashinating awaited moment in which all the inhabitants are in front of this church waiting for the exit of "the Night Madonna". All around is dark, no lights on, just candles. Everybody in silent. Only the melody of the "Banda" (local classic band) playing funeral marchs.

In Puglia, "Settimana Santa" (the Holy Week), is a unique experience: mystical processions are blended with culinary traditions passed down through generations and the joy of gathering with friends and family. Quest'anno il turismo in Puglia è esploso...tanti turisti da tutte le parti del mondo. Si sta lavorando tanto da non avere tempo di condividere con voi i bei momenti. Tanti sono i messaggi post tour ricevuti che racchiudono emozioni, scoperte e soddisfazioni. Ne abbiamo scelto uno fra tanti per ringraziare tutti quelli che decidono di esplorare la Puglia con noi 🥰

Eccoci siamo tornati...questa prima stagione turistica ci ha tenuto molto impegnati: la Puglia è sempre più richiesta ed esplorata soprattutto da americani. L’obbiettivo dei nostri team building è favorire la comunicazione stabilendo un clima di collaborazione e fiducia abolendo per un giorno o più le gerarchie aziendali.
E per farlo non c’è nulla di meglio che cucinare un tipico menù pugliese per poi ritrovarsi tutti insieme a cena ed il giorno dopo sentirsi casari provando a fare la mozzarella!

Un'idea regalo diversa dal solito: cooking class di mozzarella direttamente in un caseificio locale.
