A FlowPower weekend get-away at the Sawridge in Jasper, Alberta.

Enjoy two nights, a full day conference of fitness, health and personal growth with the FlowPower founders.

Optional transportation provided from Edmonton, or meet us there if you are coming from.another city.

Get ready to mix and mingle Friday night with a cocktail reception provided by the FlowPower. Followed by two morning sessions of level 1 & 2 workouts. Then a amazing lunch, on the house!

After lunch we will have a motivational goal setting session followed by the challenging level 3 FlowPower flow.

Especially on those days when we just don't feel like getting our workout in. Find something that is important to you and then make it visible. Tell people, make it verbal. Having it visible and telling people is another great way to keep yourself accountable.

Many people think that you have to spend hours in the gym to get in the best shape of your life. It is a big reason people have trouble starting a new fitness regime, because the idea of hours in a gym isn't motivating to anyone! But the truth is you don't need to set aside hours. The key is to make the best use of the time that you have and make it count. Often times a better workout can happen in 30 minutes rather than 60 because there is no wasted time. So don't be set back by the idea of needing an endless amount of time to get in shape, because it is a myth. All you need is your body and the motivation to work as hard as you can with whatever time you have!
