Here are some shots from the very colorful and exotic Tadrish bazaar in Tehran, Iran.
We have barberry seeds (used in Zereshk polo).

In Iran it’s common to drink tea with cinnamon or saffron sticks. Sometimes you may have it with raisins. These Iranian cuisine is filled with little spicing and toppings that are healthy and help balance the acidity of the main foods you might eat.

We also pour our tea from two kettles. One has a hot water and the other a concentrate of the tea. That way you can control how strong your tea is.

Loved drinking some good tea after a big fancy meal!
