The journey from High School Graduation in 1963 to this image of my R.V. travel days has been interesting. From United States Air Force to retirement has taken my around the world and all over America. It's been an amazing process. I met many great and interesting people along the way. COVID has put my life on hold for now. Here's to many more years of interesting adventures.

Today's laugh: You have been awarded "Financial Aid"

$13,240.00 in "Loans" is NOT Financial Aid! I need 10 more credit hours for my B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice. I am 78 years old. I have been paying taxes that support educational institutions for over 50 years. I am carrying a 3.9 G.P.A.

I realize investing in someone of my age is not the best use of educational funds but come on! At least be honest.

The trip from High School (17 years old) to recently was a long one. I'm hoping to get past my COVID and glide into the remainder with grace. Working on my B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice with 10 credits left to complete. Should finish with the 3.8 G.P.A. I am currently carrying. It's never too late to improve your life.

I wish I still knew as much as I did way back when I graduated High School. I still marvel at the experiences I've had over the 60 plus years since the one on the right! The people I have known, loved, (step)fathered, let-go-of, kept. They have all taught me things. If you are one of them, thanks for the journey. If you are not, there is still time :-)

Who has made 78 trips around the sun? This guy has! So grateful to those around me who have helped me through some rough times. It is hard to grasp that number. Youth slips away with a whisper. Glad to still be here.
