🚨MORE BREAKING DISNEY NEWS🚨

Beginning Friday, Nov. 22, 2024, TODAY, Walt Disney World will expand the Lightning Lane Premier Pass pilot to all Disney Resort hotels. Guests staying at Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa, Moderate, Value Resorts and other select hotels will be eligible to purchase up to seven days before the first day of their Resort stay – for their entire length of stay (up to 14 days).

🚨Breaking Disney News🚨

We finally have an update on where the new Monsters, Inc land will be going. It will be taking over Grand Avenue where the muppets reside.

This new area will include a new ride, shopping, dining and theater show. Fingers crossed for a Harryhausen’s themed restaurant 🤞🏼

The muppets will be moving down to Sunset Blvd where they will be rethemeing Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster feat. Aerosmith. Where the muppets will be teaming up with some of music’s biggest stars.

How do you feel about these changes? I was hoping for a Powerline retheme of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster but I am excited to see what Disney does with the new Muppets theme.

The “W family” is off to Disney World this summer. Staying at the awesome Art of Animation Resort in The Little Mermaid rooms. 🧜‍♀️

While at Disney they will be enjoying an After Hours event at Hollywood Studios! This event allows guests to enjoy the theme park after the park closes to be able to ride their favorite attractions with limited wait times. Also included in the event is snacks such as popcorn, ice cream and bottled beverages. 🎢🍿🌙

I am so excited for the W family to enjoy this trip after being at Disney during Hurricane Helene.

UPDATE!

🌀🚨WALT DISNEY WORLD HURRICANE UPDATES 🚨🌀

🏰On Oct. 9th Walt Disney World parks and Disney Springs will be closed in phases beginning at 1 p.m.

▪️Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom will close at 1 p.m.
▪️Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Disney Springs will close at 2 p.m.

Disney says it is likely the parks will remain closed on Thursday, Oct. 10th as well. With a possibility of opening Disney Springs Thursday late afternoon with limited offerings.

🎃Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom on Oct. 10th has also been cancelled! Event tickets will be refunded.

🚝Walt Disney World Transportation will also stop operating Wednesday, Oct. 9 after Disney Springs and the Walt Disney World theme parks close.
