accreditations schemes important as it is widely recognised that within the maintenance and refurbishment sector there is a requirement for honest and professional tradesman, with the completeness in quality of work finish. NPS looks to satisfy these requirements by offering an ethical, multi-trade service at the top of its game. NPS was founded in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire allowing for a broad radius around the city to be reachable. The Peterborough base serves not only clients in the city, but also Kettering, Northampton, Corby, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Grantham, Leicester, Daventry, Oxford, Stevenage and all areas in between. At NPS we value not only the relationships with our clients, but also those with our suppliers and importantly our staff. A little !

A bathroom leak at this property necessitated a full refurbishment, including the removal and refitting of the toilet, shower tray, shower screen, handrails, radiator, and mirrors, whilst all floor and wall tiles were also replaced.

In the kitchen and conservatory, we carried out decoration work, including stain blocking for the coving and ceiling. We repainted the walls, coving, and woodwork, with the fresh emulsion continuing into the conservatory, giving the entire space a refreshed look and a new lease of life 🙌

It's back to school, and not just for the kids! 📝

We were recently tasked with completing a total door replacement project at Brooke Hill Academy, addressing significant gaps in the original installations.

Our team installed eighteen new doors with a warm maple stain, each fitted with compliant handles and kickplates. The previously installed finger guards were refitted for proper alignment, and we also reinstalled magnetic door releases and overhead closers where necessary to ensure safety and functionality ahead of the new school year 🚪

We don't just do interior works!

This property needed extensive exterior repairs due to subsidence, and our work included installation of Heli bars to reinforce the structure, repairing and filling plenty of cracks and replacing cracked render.

Before ➡️ After

The homeowner of this property heard a loud noise and quickly discovered water flowing from the ceiling into the downstairs toilet. Despite efforts to control the water, professional assistance was needed and that's when we stepped in!

Our team rendered and skimmed the walls, installed new skirting, replaced the ceiling, and redecorated the area to restore the home to its former glory and leave one very happy customer 😁

Our kind of before and after pictures 🤩

The ground floor of this property experienced significant water damage, leading to a comprehensive renovation.

Our team removed all damaged materials and carried out structural repairs and rebuilding as well as some plumbing and electrical work.

We then set about restoring the property to how it should look so we installed new laminate flooring and skirtings and redecorated throughout to ensure it was back to a state the owners recognised and loved!

This property needed a ceiling replacement, comprehensive electrical works throughout, new doors and floors and a whole lot of paint!

Our team worked so hard to bring this bungalow back to an amazing standard and the results speak for themselves - great work guys 👏

Team NPS had a great time at the Peterborough Dragon Boat Race at the weekend, where we were a gold sponsor.

Our team made the semi-final's and ended up finishing in 8th place out of 48 teams - pretty impressive! It was a brilliant day on the water and we were very proud to be involved and look forward to going even further next year! 🚣‍♀️🚣‍♂️

We 💚 this before and after project!

This entire property underwent a full strip-out and complete refurbishment, which included new installations and decorations, built-in wardrobes, flooring, ceilings, tiling, trimming, addressing leakages and damp issues throughout the property and the kitchen was expertly redesigned and fitted using Howden materials.

Work of the week!

After initial drying works by other companies, our team at NPS took over this lovely little property for comprehensive reinstatement of some key areas. We handled tiling, refitting, and flooring, repaired wall cracks, replaced the vanity unit and WC, and installed new aqua boards and trims.

The result is a stylish, sleek and stunning bathroom for some very happy residents 🤩

It's always nice to see our projects come to a finish and we're delighted with the outcome of this refurb 🤩

We addressed a significant water leak under the flooring, necessitating comprehensive lead work, and then worked on interior bathroom and kitchen upgrades, flooring replacement, wall repainting, and decoration. New furniture and fittings were also installed, giving a fabulous end result!
