As traditional venture capital funds get larger and take a diversified investment approach, we have created a small fund dedicated to investing in seed stage deals. As such, we are fully aligned with founders to increase the value of the company in future financing rounds or even take smaller exits. Portfolio companies are chosen with focus on passionate entrepreneurs; large and high-growth, as well as under served markets; and barriers to competitive entry. Our mission is to provide top entrepreneurs a venture partner that can add significant value through knowledge, experience, contacts and capital. Almost all of our fund comes from those who are active in the technology sector - most are C-Level executives or those who play strategic roles related to technology/product development and acquisition. Our portfolio companies get access to these individuals in addition to the managing partners. Furthermore, we have assembled an exceptional roster of advisors, who have significant experience taking ideas from concept to companies, to mentor the entrepreneurs we back.
