Another cracking initiative from our mates at Landcare Tasmania! Their native plant nursery provides free seedlings to Landcare organisations to help rebuild and protect ecosystems around the state!
With large areas in Tasmania given over to farming or single-species plantations for timber and paper manufacturing this is vital work to provide habitat for native bird species and mammals like the Eastern Quoll and the Common Fluffy Tank (Wombat).

Did you know that volunteering qualifies for extending your Working Holiday Visa?! That's right, get your hands dirty with Landcare and it'll go towards extending your visa for another year!
