five days in July and August the land of Tibetan culture in Ladakh, pointing to "just be"... celebrating the gift of being alive. Observing how we experience reality when our mind is totally open to the present moment, without story, my story, without a past and a judgment. Visitaremos monasterios, compartiremos con gente local, pasearemos, descubriremos la vida en las ciudades que pasemos, nadaremos en rios, nos ducharemos en pequeñas cascadas, bailaremos en medio de la naturaleza salvaje, nos disolveremos en la belleza de estas montañas admirando su inmensidad y su majestuosidad, fluiremos con el constante cambio de la luz y colores, los glaciares, las cimas, los lechos de los ríos con sus diversas formas... es un paisaje realmente único en el mundo. We will visit monasteries, share with local people, walk around, discover the life in the cities we pass, swim in rivers, take natural showers in small waterfalls, dance in the middle of wild nature, dissolve in the beauty of these naked mountains admiring its immensity and majesty, flow with the constant change of light and colors, the glaciers, the tops, the river beds with its playful and diverse forms and shapes... It´s a wonderful and unique landscape. Conectar los unos con los otros en total honestidad, sin máscara, en aceptación con uno mismo, con el otro y con lo que nos rodea es nuestro objetivo. Estar totalmente presentes momento a momento. Compartiéndonos en Amor. Connecting with each other in honesty without a mask, in acceptance with oneself, with the other and what is around us iis the goal. Being total and present moment to moment. Sharing love.

The tours last summer 2017 were specially wonderful. After the 4 days trek from Kanji to Rangdum, we enter deeper in Zanskar Valley, this great video shows part of the journey from Rangdum to Padum. Visiting isolated monasteries and meditating there, like the cave where Naropa was meditating during years. Incredible Silence and Peace. We were also helping to keep the Valley clean by painting on some walls: "Educated People do not Litter", simple and hopefully useful. You are welcome to join us next summer 2018. Hola, Julley!!! Así es como saludan en Ladakh, Tibet Indio.
Este video que os comparto ha sido creado por Arturo Parra, ha hecho un trabajo extraordinario y muy sensitivo del viaje de Agosto 2017, el video es un poema y nos muestra la belleza, el amor y la profundidad de esta sociedad de raices tibetanas, de su conexión con las montañas y valles en los que habitan, y también se puede percibir el enfoque del viaje, Presencia-Apertura-Amor. En los pueblos de Ladakh a los que aún no ha llegado la globalización y la sociedad de consumo, disfrutan de una economía autosuficiente y utilizan yaks para el transporte y los trabajos del campo. Son estos animales los que nos acompañan en nuestro treking de 4 dias.
