Happy National Public Lands Day! The BTA is a Steward of many public lands around Ohio. Hope you enjoy all the hard work of volunteers all year round. Join us tomorrow 9am at Old Stone Church Trailhead in the Athens unit of the Wayne National Forest as we celebrate Appalachian Ohio National Public Lands Day and help kickoff our 'Re-Boot' of the BT in the WNF!

We know what you've been day dreaming of since the beginning of Spring... camping out, fishing trip, walking a trail, lightning bugs, the stars over the smoke of the campfire... Your plans for the weekend aren't solid - join us at the Annual EGGS Hike this weekend Burr Oak State Park.
Potluck Friday 6-8, Stargazing with George Eberts and telescopes 9 till whenever... and if your not interested in a 20-80 mile hiking challenge, just come, camp and wander through the woods at your own pace.
