San Juan departures

We recognize that many of you are anxious to hear news on the plans for our San Juan sailings and we wanted to provide you with an update. Carnival has a team on the ground in San Juan, completing an assessment of our cruise terminal and pier infrastructure, to determine if conditions are safe and suitable for our operations. We are also ensuring that airport and ground transportation services have returned to sufficient service to support our needs. We are optimistic that we will be able to return to normal operations from San Juan for our planned October 15th cruise. We will be confirming our plans for our San Juan departures on Monday, October 9th at 9:00 AM, including our revised itinerary.

We sincerely apologize for the delay but want to assure you we have been working hard to ensure a safe and positive experience for our guests in San Juan.

We have modified the following itineraries for some of our departures in November and December in order to provide our guests with the best possible shore experience. Additional November sailings, as well as December departures, will be posted in the next couple of days and we ask that you please check back for further updates.

We are pleased to be able to return to Grand Turk on some of our itineraries.

Pre-purchased Carnival shore excursions for cancelled ports will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment in three weeks (no need to contact us). Any difference in taxes, fees and port expenses, resulting from the change in ports, will be credited to your onboard Sail and Sign account. An email with detailed itinerary information will be sent to all guests with existing reservations on these cruises.
