ITINERARY: 4D/3N itinerary with Free PM Disneyland Tour
Day 1 Arrive HKG Airport meet & transfer to hotel.
Day 2 Outside B’fast, compulsory city tour then proceed to Disneyland
Day 3 Outside B’fast, transfer to Shenzhen by train, start compulsory Shenzhen city tour upon arrival. Overnight at FX Hotel or the similar class hotel.
Day 4 Hotel B’fast, free time till direct transfer to HKG airport by coach to catch the EVENING FLIGHT the back to Manila.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Due to several cases of guest disappearing upon entry and no exit, which can affect the group visa, a policy of collecting guest passport by Shenzhen guide after entry into Shenzhen immigration will be imposed, this will be held by the Immigration and will be returned to them on their departure day.

Remarks: A. We require minimum 2 adult passport holders to apply for the China group visa, we must require 1) Surname 2) given names 3) middle name 4) gender 5) date of birth 6) passport number & 7) nationality. America passport can apply China visa B. Surcharge for any other foreign passport holder: USD30 per pax. C. Passengers’ return flight back to Manila must be by the evening flight. D. If fail to go to Shenzhen overnight & City tour, need additional USD 60 p/p on agent’s account. .Due it’s a group visa, it will affect the whole group entry to Shenzhen. Page
PROCEDURE FOR THE ARRIVALS TRANSFER
1. After Immigration & customs clearance, proceed to Arrival hall B, tourist pickup area. Meeting Pole No. 15 to meet Asian links Holiday’ Representatives for the transfer service (refer to above map for proper direction)
2. Waiting time is 1hr after the flight landed, failure to show up in our post pax need own in to hotel, no refund of transfer fee
3. Put on Asian links holidays sticker for easy identification by our representative
4. Should the passengers’ failure to meet our representatives, kindly contact our airport representative 5. There is no refund for any no show passengers
6. In the event of Typhoon signals or Black Rainstorm signal that was being hoisted, and for flight delay or passenger that are not in our designated post by 22:30pm sharp. There will be no meet & greet service provided. Therefore, passengers are required to take their own mode of transportation to hotel. 7. Airport and hotel transfer service is on “Sit in Coach” basis. Passengers have to wait for a maximum of 45-60 minutes for the coach depending on the situation that day. ( Shuttle bus 0930 am start till 2230 pm last coach ) 8. Only 1 (one) piece of suitcase & 1 (one) piece of hand-carry luggage are allowed on board the coach, any extra luggage will be charged at HK$50 per piece per way and required to pay on the spot.
