Lakeside camp in Maine Camp on Little Sebago Lake in Gray, Maine. It's on the upper bay on the west side of the lake. About 10 minutes from Gray center.

A wonderful spot near "the rock" where people from around the lake come to jump off. I bought this camp in 2012 mostly as an investment property. But I was having too much fun using it to rent it out very much. Now the kids are grown and I'm busier with my real estate business so it's time to share a bit more. And get some help with the taxes and other expenses. :-)

Things are still up in the air for deciding whether to rent, or how much time to rent out the camp for the summer of 2021. It will likely be fairly restricted again this year. I will probably be more inclined to rent it to locals again, as well, as I don't really want to encourage interstate travel just yet. I'd still ask folks to go through airbnb (same name as on here). If you don't see a date open, you can contact me privately to see if I can open dates for you.
