Today, we are commemorated the We Tripantu, the Mapuche New Year, together with scholars from the United States. The Mapuche people are one of the indigenous communities in Chile, and this celebration takes place during the winter solstice in South America.

Immersed in the essence of cinnamon and thyme, we journeyed with closed eyes to the enchanting forests of southern Chile. It has been an awe-inspiring experience for our visitors, made possible by the efforts of "Aromas de Chile," a project by the aromatic distillery .

We had an unforgettable experience observing whales along the northern coasts of Chile, near the entrance to the Atacama Region, particularly in Chañaral de Aceituno. 🌊

📍 This small town, located approximately 600 kilometers north of Santiago, is renowned as one of Chile's top destinations for whale watching. It is especially notable for being an important habitat for blue whales, the largest creatures to have ever graced our planet. 🐳 These majestic beings belong to the baleen whale family and are known for their immense size and remarkable feeding behaviors.
