OK, since we're not traveling now, here's a picture from our rear deck. For our Southern friends, yes, that is snow - and what we usually travel away from this time of year! With Covid's change of plans, we are enjoying the simple, most pleasurable things this year, like each other, Snowstorms, Dining by our Fireplace, talking to our kids by phone - or safely distanced when possible - and staying as healthy as possible, so we can enjoy everything else when this passes - and we do believe this will pass. Be patient and careful so we can all enjoy each other again in the future.

We now share some info and photos for the 3rd resort in the Turks & Caicos collection, The Alexandra. This is perhaps the best Family destination with generous sized suites, several Dining options, a great Pool and a great stretch of Grace Bay Beach! It is All-inclusive as are the sister resorts and it is all Suites as well. All accommodations have a Kitchen, a Washer and Dryer, as they were originally a Condo style resort, no meals included. Contact us for additional information, now some photos for you.

OK, Happy Monday! Now that we've given you a taste of Blue Haven Resort in Turks & Caicos, today we will share the Beach House sister resort with you. This is a small Boutique style resort only about 30 accommodations, very friendly and reminiscent of a private club. Gracious accommodations, great food (Chef Jason creates a Dining experience for you - not just a Dinner, with the Menu changing just about every day) and a relaxing atmosphere make this resort a winner! It's location on a beautiful stretch of Grace Bay is an additional plus, and there is Beach Concierge service included. Now for some photos......

Here are some pictures and info from our Turks & Caicos trip to Blue Haven Resort. We also were at Alexandra Resort and The Beach House, more on those two beautiful resorts later. All 3 resorts are All-inclusive, have great food, and warm friendly staff eager to assist. All 3 Resorts just reopened after Hurricane Irma's damage - so plenty of space is still available as most people don't realize that the Island is open and waiting for you!! Please call us to book a trip there ASAP before the crowds reappear!! Photos below are on JetBlue to Blue Haven Resort, more to come later!!

Mary Ann and I recently returned from a FUN trip to Barbados! We stayed at Club Barbados in an Ocean front room. This is a very friendly "Club" type resort with an excellent staff and great food. While it is an all-inclusive resort, the Bar is very "Local". No brand names here - but they said they are in the process of upgrading to some Top Shelf items. The Pools are nice but there is very little Beach access. Pricing here is moderate so it is very attractive to budget conscious couples. There is a lot to see and do on Barbados with many tours and attractions available. We have some photos attached so you can get an idea. Here goes!!

Have you heard about the Karisma Resorts in the Caribbean? They are allowing current guests at their properties to remain there FREE OF CHARGE if they cannot return to their homes due to Hurricane Harvey! We have not heard of any other resort doing this at this time.
Their resorts are in Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. We have personally been to all the ones in Mexico and hope to visit the others soon and are proud to represent them as GIVC agents, able to get VIP service for our clients.
